Description:
Hydrochloric Acid Fuming 37% is a highly concentrated, colorless to slightly yellow liquid with a sharp, pungent odor. It is the aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride gas (HCl) at maximum solubility (~37% w/w) and emits corrosive acidic fumes.

Uses:

• Laboratory reagent for pH adjustment and titration

• Metal cleaning and pickling (e.g., removing rust and scale)

• Production of chlorides, fertilizers, and dyes

• Regeneration of ion-exchange resins in water treatment

• Pharmaceutical and chemical synthesis processes
